They should make it more clear that these lenses are not color accurate, although clearly if they are blocking blue light, you are not seeing the full spectrum. If color accuracy is critical for your job, like it is for mine, these lenses are not a good idea, as they impart a pronounced warm yellow cast to everything. I sit in front of a monitor all day, so the idea of reducing eyestrain is appealing, but I need to accurately see the colors on my monitor. If you are familiar with the f.lux app, these lenses are like the the early stages of that apps color shift.

Nice kicks. Don't forget your training so far has been through the hottest summer on record. Heat reallllly impacts my running with all the symptoms you outlined. But then I ran in the cool (15 degrees) on Saturday morning and I was surprised as to the difference it made. One simply forgets how different it is at sub 20 degrees. Cooler weather is coming, it'll be alright in the end.

Hi, I've cheked up on air optix lenses and I'm wondering, which one did you wear? The normal green or the gemstone one? I really like them on you, also I have brown eyes and I always wanted green. Anyways, thanks for the great post :)

I've been jealously watching other people participate in this program. I'm OBSESSED with those Oreo Cadbury eggs. I'm not much for chocolate, but I can't avoid those...and now especially with the Oreo filling (my fave!).

It's true - influencer outreach has been a bit blah recently. There was a period of high personalization (like the Doritos flame activation) and then a rut of dullness and now it seems like PR is realizing the value of a targeted, highly-personalized campaign. You can't help but share something like this! And that makes it a great way to get around sponsored posts.

I used Urbery a few days ago because they take Paypal and they can deliver within a couple hours. The grocery "guru" went out of his way to deliver within the timeframe and get a substitute bottle package of pop as the store didn't have the one I ordered. He found an even better set of one litre bottles, he actually got me a larger quantity for the same price. I hope this service does very well, I think it's great.
Also I would like to mention they delivered all this good service on Sunday !

I recommend the raw juice approach but don't recommend this company. While everyone makes errors, its how they're dealt with. they made a bunch of delivery errors, failed to deliver, never apologised, never explained the problem, and they still have my money. the nutritionist was curt and not someone I would have felt comfortable reaching out to if there was any issue. So sad as i was really looking forward to working with them

Great blog, Jamie! I had no idea there were special lenses to help protect your eyes from screen time. No IDEA! Love it though - I feel like I could have written this blog myself because I have the same issues (wearing my contacts for 16+ hours...yikes!) and have always wondered if one day I'd wake up blind because of all the time I spend in front of screens. But what are you going to do about it right? I'm not sure my boss would appreciate me telling her that all my work will be done via pen and paper from here on out :-) Hope you are doing well. I don't normally comment on your blog, but I do love it. Keep up the good work!

URBERY is a great delivery service. A big time saver, specially for Millennium Youth that can optimally utilize its time more productively than in tiring, hassle full shopping experience.

Hey, thats my office building! I didn't know it was happening there, or I would have come cheer everyone on vs. working remotely on Sunday. I think its absolutely amazing that you're running with Moe. Odin loves running, but I just...well...don't like doing it in bad weather! I am a two season runner, fall and spring. Every other time I prefer to run on the treadmill. #fairweatherrunner
